Top Gun - Experienced associates are encouraged to attend our Top Gun Program in addition to seminars and in-branch classes. Top Gun is a series of weekly in-depth sessions focusing on ERA Real Estate marketing tools, technology and specialty programs as well as continuing to advance sales skills. This highly interactive and accountable course truly takes you to the next level of your real estate career.  Offered in live-classroom or virtually.
